Hi everyone! I slept like a rock last night! Thanks for all your support and kind words! I do feel bad with the passing of Tony Snow and Bobby Mercer yesterday. I may not agree with his politics, but Tony Snow was a good man as Bobby Mercer was. They are both in my prayers.
I ate last night. My good wife made pork chops and I gobbled them down! It's good to eat again and feel a bit more normal.
Never give up!

My comment on Tony Snow's death was "I feel for the family which has lost a husband and a father."
I've already made my feelings known about his politics, and there's no need to do it again.
I'm glad you got some sleep and are eating well, Mark. And I'm happy to see you posting again.
I was on a friend's site where he talked anbout Mr Snow. my friend said about his own Dad the colon cancer took his life as well. Politics aside Mr snow was a Father and a Husband.He will be missed.
Life always looks better after eating a good dinner and sleeping like a rock. Glad that you did both!
